It's normally tough building a custom home in a new city with a builder you've never worked with before. Our second custom home Odyssey was in Williamsburg; it got off to a rocky start after loan approval, contractor selection, and contract signing, the ARB rejected our house plan. Not being local, we panicked but Dave and Carol Moore just said "No Problem", we can change the plan at no cost to you - which is what we did while I was oversees and my wife was in NoVA. All the way through the building process, it was a delight to work with Dave and Carol - both from the aspect of design as well as excellence in Construction. I've had them come back a few years ago to finish off a room over the garage and this year they converted our screen porch to a 3 season room - we love it !!! I can highly recommend their design and workmanship and ability to work through issues.
